Aged 29, I have lived with stress and anxiety for as long as I can remember.

I have done so mostly alone.

I created this space to share my real, often messy experiences with anxiety, stress, and depersonalisation — not from a place of expertise, but from lived experience.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or just in need of a quiet place to reflect, you’re not alone. This blog is my way of making sense of it all — and hopefully helping you feel a little less alone too.
